This home is equipped with a smart lock that will work with a provided code for your stay.

-Grill and lounge area equipped with a Barbecue, games and fire pit
-Layout chairs and ample grass area

-5 bedrooms all equipped with a smart TV
-3 full bathrooms fully stocked with towels and toiletries.
-High speed internet throughout the home
KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM:
-Fully equipped with a Keurig duo coffee maker, blender, toaster, and plenty of dish-ware for large groups.
-Plenty of seating at the dining table
PARKING:
- 2 spaces in the driveway, plenty of street parking

The property was in a great location with all the amenities that you could need. The host was very communicative and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property!

Lovely stay with plenty of room for our group of 10. The kids loved the pool and the game room and the bunk room with comfy lounge chairs was a huge hit. An ice cream truck drove by one day, which was a fun surprise. Mikkel was very communicative and offered to send a handyman when we informed of a few broken items around the house. I would note it’s very much in a residential neighborhood with fairly close neighbors on one side, and city noise ordinances apparently say sound shouldn’t carry past property lines. We wanted to be respectful to residents, so we were doing a lot of “ssshh”ing to three 8 year olds who wanted to yell “cannonball!” every time they jumped in the pool, ha! Just something to consider if you have a larger or louder group. Thanks for a great spring break stay in the desert!
