The house is okay and probably a good value. The BBQ area, putting green, ping pong table, bag toss, etc. aren't in the best shape but they're also not completely useless. But the pool is the gem of the property....the palapa and the large shelf make it very versatile if you want to have some drinks, lounge, or if you've got kids that love swimming. The foliage around the property shades large parts of hte pool starting at about 3 pm. It's pretty exposed from about 12-3 so make sure you put on the sunscreen; but in the mornings and late afternoon/evening it's perfect.

Nice home that accommodates many people, roomy kitchen and living room area that opens out into the backyard that has a beautiful pool with palapa as well as a jacuzzi and plenty of chairs and lounge chairs.
