This home accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms & 2 full baths. Additional spaces include a fully stocked kitchen, dining space, living room, designated work space, weights area, garage and laundry space.

●There is parking space to fit 3 standard sized vehicles the driveway and an additional 2 vehicles inside the garage.
●One vehicle may park on the street directly in front of the property.
Note: Please do not block the driveways of any surrounding neighbors

Entire property with the exception of our 2 locked supply closets.
Other things to note
POOL HEATING
- Optional pool heating is recommended from October to April for an additional fee of $100/ per day (includes spa heat). There is a 2 day heating minimum due to utility cost to heat a large body of water. There is a 24 hour notice to heat the pool.
- Spa heat only is $35/day with a 2 day minimum. The spa has a 30 minute heating time.
EARLY ARRIVAL/LATE CHECK OUT
-Early check in and late check out are $95 EACH and based upon availability. If interested please message your host

There is an $85 pet fee per pet (2 maximum).
