It was ok, Could of had a little more selection.

The shower water tap was loose, hard to regulate. Needs the set screw adjusted.

The video of the rooms were beautiful and appealing. Comes with breakfast

When we arrived the lady at the front desk was rude. We didn't get to the hotel until 4 am and she said they cancelled the reservation because we didn't arrive before 10 pm. It doesn't say anything about that when booking. When we got into the room, I checked the bathroom and there were hairs on the toilet and in the tub. After cleaning it, I checked the bed and it smelled like sweat and BO. Needless to say, out of all the hotels I've stayed in, this one was very disappointing.

The third floor lounge was very useful for an early morning meeting

We waited over an hour to be able to check into our room due to it not being cleaned when it should have been. Staff appeared flustered and overwhelmed by a busy night previously and were not able to effectively accommodate the next day’s guests in an orderly or efficient manner. While one staff member was helpful and doing her best, one was incredibly rude and disrespectful while completing check in. This experience made us unlikely to return to this hotel for any future necessary stays in the area.

Needs updated fridge didn’t work got moved to another room ,, that room bath door knob ready to fall off .. free breakfast not that good potatoes. Not very warm overall they need to take more pride in the hotel

Old and rundown, sheets had black marks all over them. Had planned to stay for 3 nights, changed hotels after the first night.

Pretty good motel, but not the best BW+ we've ever stayed in. We slept well but not the highest attention to detail we've seen with most BWs. Both luggage carts were nearly non-functional with flat tires and wheels that did not track each other. But the room was quiet and safe. Asked for 3rd floor, but got second.

AC was great and kept room cool. Beds were pretty comfortable. The location was good for us.

We had to beg for towels every day. We were promised towels would be delivered as soon as they dried on several occasions but that never happened. We were told on the 3rd day that we needed to "sign up" for daily maid service if we wanted trash dumped or fresh towels in our room daily. There was visible mold spots on our ceiling above shower. There were several loose tiles on the floor. The toilet was not securely attached to the floor.

Staff the fact that that the staff took me as a joke and over drafted my account not once t twice I want my money back this place will rob u weeks later after u have stayed there dont stay here unless u want my ney taken out your bank account z

The pool

How my bed sheets were stained and my towels had stains on them. The food was dry and served the same thing and half the stuff is out of order.

The location was nice, the beds were comfortable. Originally booked a king suite but were given two queen beds and a pull out couch which was fine. The room itself was nice, if you just need a place to rest your head this is a good spot.

Had a non-working TV the entire stay, mentioned 3 times to staff and not once did they fix it (pretty sure we just needed a coax cable but not my responsibility to supply it) Checkout was at 11am and at 10:04 after walking back up after breakfast to grab belongings cleaning staff was already in the room. Water pressure in showers was not great and pool had a very strong smell all throughout first floor. Did not fix any issue brought to their attention. Although important to note front desk told us someone quit before shift that night so I have a little sympathy.

We liked that it had a breakfast, the beds were comfy but that was it.

The stay was horrible. We will never stay at this location again! It started out with this awful smell to the whole lobby when you came in like sulfur and shit and seemed to get stronger the longer you were there. Our rooms hvac started giving a weird smell after an hour, so we just left the window open the whole stay. The bathroom door knob was broken when we first arrived, and we let the lady know, and they did nothing about it. But the worst was that the bathroom ceiling had tons of MOLD and goss water lines all over the ceiling from the bathroom upstairs. We were on the second floor, and there were ants in the carpet. Housekeeping never stopped by. We had to call downstairs to get towels and stick our trash can in the hallway so it could be emptied, but they didn't put a bag back in it. The tv stopped working multiple times , and I had to call downstairs to see if someone was able to fix it.

The room was unacceptable due to the bathroom sink did not work, the tube had water standing in it. When taking a shower the water would not drain and you would be standing in water. I should have received another room or a refund of some of my money.

The parking, the breakfast and the room was very nice.

Yes, they charged my card over $1000 for a four night stay I asked them (several desk personnel and a man who presented himself as a supervisor) each employee told me “it’s fixed” but of course it was not The charges cleared a few hours after I checked out No one ever apologized or showed any concern - and blatantly lied to my face They must do better

The price

It was out dated, the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke and the room had a funky smell. The bathtub and toilet has stains in each. The breakfast also ended at 8:30. That’s too early.

I loved the bed, and the room. Staff were friendly.

The water pressure in the bathroom sink was very low. I had to wash my hands in the shower, that sucked. The coffee maker was not clean, neither was the stand by the tv. I noticed quite a bit of dust.

We had to raise Cain just to get clean towels stayed 6 nights 4 adults and house keeping never once came to the room I ask why and was told because they were Mexican and there's a language barrier the curtain fell down the first night they wouldn't even send anyone to fix it the TV quite working they said you'll have to wait till it comes back by its self overall the worst hotel I've ever been to

Breakfast wasn't great and staff had to be asked to refill things that were low- no one was really keeping tabs on it.

It was, simply put, dirty. They allowed dogs and the barking dog was immediately an issue, though they were kind to allow us to switch to another (quiet ) room . Neither was cleaned adequately.

There was a lot of noise. Banging on my bedroom wall. Didn’t sleep well at all.

The hotel is conveniently located and easy to find. Free parking. Free hot breakfast (eggs, sausage links, waffle machine), though hours are early during the week ending at 830 am. By 745, there were no pastries remaining aside from sliced bread for toast. Indoor pool - small if many are using it, but we did not have time to make use.

There was a cooking food odor on our floor that could not be remedied, and we could smell it in our room. We had 3 registered guests but only 2 sets of towels upon arrival. When I asked the desk for another set, I was told that laundry was not done and to check back in the morning. This was at 830pm when my family needed to shower before bed. I pressed and was given scratchy pool towels. The toilet in our bathroom was detached from the floor,so anytime someone stood up, it slammed into the wall behind it. As a side note - the toilets should be replaced with ADA accessible height stools. Even the accessible stall in the public lobby restroom had the lower stool. The room was barely surface cleaned, with evidence of asian beetles and past guest hair visible. This is not a quiet hotel if there are other guests. We could hear doors slamming throughout the night. The beds are stiff - my husband prefer a firm mattress, so he slept ok but still felt it was uncomfortable. I prefer a softer mattress and did not sleep well.

I booked the room on booking .com and paid online. When I arrived at the property I was told I would be charged an extra $60 for early check in. This is ridiculous. Never online did it say anything about an early check in fee. Had I know this I would have stayed somewhere else. This room was no where worth $150 total what I paid.

The elevators were down so two star employees helped me out. Amanda and Shandy. They are AMAZING and should be promoted. 😊
