We could easily walk to the transportation center for our trolly tour. We walked everywhere and didn’t have to worry about parking for our whole trip. Friendly staff and a nice continental breakfast with good coffee. Bed was comfy and the room was very clean.

We had a room in back of the building. Just a dirt parking lot.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved your breakfast offering....very boutique like. Your location is the very best in Newport! Your place reinforced the point that we want to return to Newport for a future visit.

Lovely house in a convenient location
Noisy. The drip of water in the air conditioner in the window made falling asleep challenging and the garbage trucks at 5:45-6:30 were a rude awakening. My first stay facing the front was much quieter. I don’t think there will be a third stay.
