Beautiful property. Gorgeous room with 2 large doubles and en-suite. Ideal for a family of 4. Very clean and perfectly kept. Greeted by Karl when we arrived who was warm and welcoming. He recommended lots of places to visit and restaurants for dinner. He was so helpful. The American continental breakfast was delicious. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from all main attractions. We wished we could have stayed longer.

There was a free bus to the mansions and the cliff walk right outside the Inn, many restaurants were in walking distance, the porch out front was gorgeous as was the roof deck.

Friendly staff at the desk and helped celebrate our engagement. Good location.
Inadequate parking and notification about minimum spaces and staff needing keys to move vehicles is not something I would trust if I had known ahead of time. Cleaning staff was pushy and rude on two occasions and breakfast options were very limited. Room is very old and dated and didn’t meet expectations pictures on booking showed. Inn is showing its age.
