The location was AMAZING! So close I the wharf and a mile from the cliff walk- my pup and I were able to walk everywhere we needed to go.
The staff was so friendly, the room was clean, and breakfast was delicious!

Being a dog friendly inn you hear everything . Probably better to stay on a higher floor

We had been looking forward to staying @ PonP; their website is so attractive! However, when we informed that parking is off site and there are a number of stairs for access, we decided to cancel, as one person in our party has difficulty with stairs.
We also didn't appreciate the 12-point, with another 6 to 12 sub points throughout, contract we were requested to sign before arrival. We understand that with pets staying as well there may be more concerns, but we've stayed with 1 or more of our dogs at inns and Vrbo rentals throughout New England, and never been asked to sign something like that. Good grief! PonP staff simply said that that's their policy.
