My booking got cancelled on the day of check-in. We only know about the cancellation when we tried to check-in, the reason given was system issue. Tried to get alternative accomodation but they got nothing to offer. Ruined our holiday in Newport, RI.

Our group had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Perfect location, great views of the harbor, easy walking distance to transportation, shops, and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
