The friendliest staff you will ever meet, shout-out to Tyesha and Diego! From check-in to checkout, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, including food recommendations, travel guides, and can't miss sights!

Did not have any breakfast offered, just morning coffee
The air gap inside the window of our unit lost its seal and was cloudy … the main benefit of a harbor view was obstructed in the main section of the 3 windows. So every time we looked out, all we saw was the window we couldn’t see out from… when we mentioned it to the receptionist, she didn’t seem to care.
