This is more like a hotel than a condo, but it was great. Very good location. Nice pool. We went with two couples... one of the rooms is a king bed while the other is two twins. Would be better for a family than two couples, but we still had a great time.

We couldn't have asked for a better location. We loved being within walking distance of the restaurants and shops and a short drive from the Ocean Drive and mansions of Newport. The accomodations were spacious and comfortable and perfect for a girls weekend. We felt it was an excellent value for the price and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great home away from home.

This resort is the best place is Newport!
Pat was amazing! I wish I could have met her in person because she was so sweet & kinds. She called me the night before my reservation to let me know I'd be getting a confirmation email from the hotel & to give be a brief overview of things for check in .
The resort & condo was perfect. Super clean, cozy & spacious. The pools, hot tub, gym & complementary coffee in the morning was great.
I've been to Newport several times & you can't get a better location than this. You are right downtown with in walking distance to everything. So many great restaurants, bars, shopping & great views. You're also so close to the beach, only a 5 minute drive & it only cost $5 to park.
I will definitely be booking another stay in Newport with Pat again, she was great.
