In Sarlat 900m from the historic center, new house of 170 m2 plus 120 m2 of terrace. Very beautiful view. 4 bedrooms, 4 shower rooms, 5 televisions. Heating and air conditioning. Private heated swimming pool from May to September (secured by roller shutter) and flat bottom (0.15m to 1.45m). Jacuzzi in service all year round. BBQ (plancha). House and pool linen included. Private covered parking. Close to all shops. Internet, wifi. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. 10 minutes walk from the city center ............

Fabulous stay at Jean-Marc’s house! The house is really well built and the layout is perfect for multiple couples or a big family. The house was very clean with very nice linens and towels.The pool was a highlight—just big enough to swim short laps and enjoy the beautiful view. The kitchen and living area are also great with everything needed for meals.Finally, the location can’t be beat. It’s walking distance to town and a short drive from castles, gardens and Lascaux. Hopefully we’ll be back!

Modern and comfortable house at walking distance of downtown going south and huge supermarket going north. The hosts were gracious and the house spacious. The quality of kitchen appliances and equipment was very high. The house was spotless and easy to maintain. We loved it.

We had a tremendous holiday at this property. It is exactly as described and can not be faulted.The location is perfect close enough to walk into Sarlat but quiet and secluded.The standard of the all aspects of the house first class. It is well appointed and equipped. The pool is brilliant.Jean Marc and Sandrine were excellent hosts and very helpful.Thoroughly recommend this property.
