On the green heights of Sarlat (2 kms from the center), beautiful stone house of 250 m² of living space located in a green setting and with its private heated swimming pool (8m x 4m).
Heated swimming pool from 1 May to 13 October
It is composed on one level of a beautiful entrance with separate toilet, a large living room of 50m² with wood stove, an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with parquet flooring, a full bathroom with toilet.
Upstairs: a large air-conditioned mezzanine with parquet flooring with a double sofa bed, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (parquet flooring), 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet.
Very bright house with terrace. City gas central heating and reversible air conditioning upstairs.
Table tennis. Bed linen, linen and pool towels are provided.

We loved staying in this house. It is a beautiful property with everything needed to enjoy a great holiday. Frederic and Melanie were excellent hosts and very friendly, responsive and communicative. We had a warm welcome, including a bottle of wine and guided tour of the house.The area around Sarlat has so much to do and we enjoyed canoeing down the River Dordogne, visiting the caves at Padirac, two Chateaus, many markets and all in fantastic weather.
