Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with one double bed (140cm), and one large bedroom with two single beds (90cm) and one double bed (140cm). A bathroom and a separate WC are also located on this floor. The cottage has oil-fired central heating. Outside, the large terrace is perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. The grounds and swing offer ample space to relax and unwind. Baby equipment includes a cot, high chair, and baby bath. The cottage is located 7 km from Sarlat and Montignac and 10 km from Les Eyzies-de-Tayac. A lovely swimming lake is located 3 km away.
