The most amazing healing waters

All staff were exceptional, the hotel pools and saunas and particularly the Kneipp area and waterfalls were just stunning and so relaxing. Never overcrowded. The restaurant Verde had great breakfast. Our skin felt so soft. Much recommended!

The dated decor didn’t bother us, but unfortunately because it’s not an air conditioned property, so we had to open the windows to get the stagnant air out, and my luggage is still smelling of stale air, many days later… it’s a shame Tamina therme doesn’t have any of the big mountains view, and at night there’s big red-lit view of the casino which isn’t relaxing at all, but we understand this might not be in the power of the hotel to change. It felt that the grounds could have been better utilised to promote people using the grounds for activities such as walking. It felt a bit disjointed outside and not well signposted, despite the various section around the outdoor pool and the front park with gorgeous trees being there.

Definitely top of its class

This hotel very definitely lives up to its reputation. The service and attention to detail was outstanding. The room was excellent. Little touches like fresh fruit in the room everyday was lovely

Refreshing and Relaxing!

I booked a suite for myself. Loved that it was quite big enough and the view outside were part of the Heidi mountains. At first, the coffee machine wasnt working and water was stuck in the sink but that all were fixed after talking to house keeping. Everyone was good except the lady manager at Olives Do’r. Maybe she has a problem with young influencers but idk.

Exceptional

Loved our too brief stay. I arrived by car on a wet and dark evening. I hadn’t initially realised the property was part of the Ragaz resort and got confused where to park. My journey and car frazzled nerves were immediately soothed by the warm and efficient welcome. I wanted to charge my car overnight and the concierge took care of it all, moving my car when the charger became free. The room was had masses of character and beautiful decor and linens. We had a very enjoyable welcome drink in the bar and fabulous meal in the Italian restaurant. A very restful nights sleep, outstanding breakfast and a too short use of the hotel spa which is very opulent and luxurious. Hope to visit again.

Fantastisches Hotel mit Charme und Herzlichkeit.

Das Doppelzimmer Deluxe im ältesten Teil "Palais Bad Ragaz" war hervorragend. Man taucht in eine andere Welt ein. Sowohl das Personal, wie auch die ganze Atmosphäre im Grand Resort lässt einem herrlich herunterfahren. Die sehr zuvorkommenden Angestellten gaben uns das Gefühl von Wertschätzung und lasen uns jeden Wunsch von der Lippe. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Завтрак отличный, просторные номера, доброжелательный персонал.

Нужно было просить о комплектации средствами гигиены в ванной комнате, самостоятельно горничная не обновляла. Заранее до заезда нужно бронировать массаж.
