Nice and clean with uncomfortable beds
Well equipped kitchen with all necessary stuff. Clean and comfortable place with nice view and acceptable distance from Grindenwald or Lauterbrunnen. Vacuum cleaner is a game changer, we could have clean place all the time. Good to have washing machine:) The host allowed us to check in earlier, thank you so much for this.
Mattresses in bedroom are used and tragically uncomfortable :( We felt like in hammock :( we would give 9 points but cannot because of mattresses, sorry. Wooden floor in bathroom is also not the best idea, though looks nice. You need to dry it after every use as per house rules...

A warm and memorable stay with stunning views, and everything you need
Stunning views and an awesome location in Zweisimmen. Nadda, our host, was wonderful—she welcomed us warmly, gave us a tour of the property, and stayed in touch throughout our stay. She also sent helpful local recommendations for shops and restaurants, which we really appreciated. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfy bed, fresh towels, toilet essentials, and plenty of good coffee. We loved the outdoor seating—sipping coffee each morning while enjoying the peaceful views was a highlight. Nadda even provided a Swiss power adaptor, and helpful pamphlets about local attractions and activities, which was very thoughtful. We accidentally broke a glass, but Nadda was kind and understanding about it. A truly pleasant and memorable stay—highly recommended!

Great value for money.
Excellent value for money, great location for hiking and skiing and good facilities in the room. Kitchen was well equipped with enough variety of pots and pans, cutting boards and kitchen utensils as well as glassware. Small fridge available (no freezer) and happily surprised that coffee and tea was supplied! Nice view from the studio and when weather permits you can sit comfortably outside. Very quiet surroundings but you do hear the upstairs guests a bit (no issue for us). Supermarkets and bakeries are nearby (but on the way back you have to go up the hill). We would definitely book again if we return to Zweisimmen.
Not all glassware and plates were clean; previous guests had not left them clean. Not a real issue for us but it means we have given a 9 instead of a 10.

The improvements are underway, I understand. Shower needs a door, some lights are still provisional.
