Great hotel, spacious rooms, great service

The room (5-6) was enormous. Great value for money. The shower had two seperate sections so you can be there with two persons at the same time. Lots of elbow-room. For me the bed was perfect. Boxpring with a topper. I always bring my own pillow and the match was perfect. By chance we’re looking at a new bed for in our home. So this was a great testing. Breakfast was served at our table. I assume that it has to do with the lower amount of guests when we stayed there. But that service felt very luxurious. It was more than enough (we couldn’t eat it all). And I like the German white “harde broodjes” a lot, so I’m partially biased. The parking lot was very spacious.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. If you look for something, you’ll find it.

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, as well as a nice, served breakfast. Dinner at the restaurant was good quality and with large servings.

The pillows were almost useless, very little filling in them.

We were very satisfied with choosing it for a weekend stay.

Friendly host. Room was large enough, comfortable, well equipped, Wifi worked very well. Breakfast was sufficient and enough diverse, although not buffet breakfast was offered. Dogs friendly. Very nice restaurant where one could have an enjoyable dinner. Quiet location although it is situated in town.

A 'hidden' gem.

Top class. Nice room and friendly staff. Very good breakfast (extra 10 euros). Fine restaurant. Check-in and check-out times are very favorable. I'm looking forward to visit again!

Reunion

Fabulous big room with balcony. Comfortable bed and lovely decor. Enjoyed restaurant too. Good food and service. Very pleased with my choice!

Coffee in hallway was a problem. There was never any left and had to ask for some first morning but couldn't be bothered disturbing staff on second day. So no coffee for me! A supply in each individual room would be a good idea.

Due to a 2,5 hour Motorway (A3) close dwon I came really late, it was easy to reach the hotel at 22.00h and get a code to access.

Nice quiet hotel

We had a very large room, very quiet and comfortable beds. A lot of choice at the breakfast and good quality. Not too much choice in the restaurant, but the quality was very good.

The restaurant only opens at 18:00 and is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays

Problemlose späte Anreise, sehr sauber, sehr gut geschlafen -> Top Doppelbett und ein reichliches Frühstück. Weinstube sehr ansprechend. Sehr geräumig, gemütlich und mit riesigem Balkon. Wir waren sehr zufrieden 👍🏻

Eine Nachttischlampe war defekt, die aber nicht gebraucht wurde. Kein Problem.

We hebben voor een mooie prijs een fijn verblijf gehad, met een fijn ontbijt en uitstekend diner.

De prijs-kwaliteit is erg goed. Alles verliep soepel. Het eten in het restaurant beviel ons erg en smaakte voortreffelijk. Ook het ontbijt was heerlijk voor een nette prijs. We zijn positief verrast.

Voor deze prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, viel er zeker niets tegen.

Geweldig verblijf voor 1 of meer nachten met moto

Locatie, avondeten, ontbijt, kamer, alles gewoon geweldig. Er is zelfs een plat betonnen hoekje op de parking met ijzeren beugels waar je je motor veilig uit het zicht kunt stallen en vastmaken.

Haus Schieferstein is de basis van onze vliegweek vanaf Dahlemer-Binz

We komen hier al jaren met een grote groep vliegers. Ieder jaar is de verzorging door Monica en het personeel perfect. Het hotel ligt aan het treinstation van Dahlem, wel jammer dat deze trein nog steeds niet rijdt. Verder zijn de kamers in het hotel zeer ruim en zijn de bedden erg goed. Ook de douches zijn top!

Zeer rustig gelegen. Vriendelijke eigenares. Zeer ruime kamer met balkon en keuken. Comfortabele bedden.

Ondanks de zeer ruime kamer, geen tafel of stoelen! Er was een keuken, doch niets van keukengerei, zelfs geen frigo.

Geweldig en relaxed

Hele gastvrije ontvangst en behulpzame bediening die met je mee denkt. Ontbijt was goed en diner was super. Porties zijn ruim voldoende tot zelfs teveel. We gaan er zeker nog een keer terug.

Hier kann man sich wohl fühlen

Das Hotel liegt mitten in einem Wohngebiet, kaum zu finden, daher total ruhig. Es ist modern eingerichtet und dank Schlüsselsafe kann man auch spät einchecken. Im angeschlossenen Restaurant gibt es hervorragendes Abendessen. Das Frühstück war so reichhaltig, dass ich mir noch Verpflegung für unterwegs einpacken durfte. Alles in allem habe ich mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Wirtin wirkt beim ersten Eindruck etwas ruppig. Das ist aber wohl der Mentalität der Eifeler geschuldet. Also alles ok.

Kamer zonder beloofd uitzicht op de tuin.

Ruime kamer, goed bed.

Ik had een kamer met balkon met uitzicht op tuin gereserveerd. Echter geen balkon, maar een gemeenschappelijke stenen plaats. Geen uitzicht op een tuin, maar op de muur van de keuken (zie foto).

Hotel met goed restaurant in rustige omgeving

Grote kamer met bankstel en een keuken. Nette badkamer prima douche, ook het bed was erg comfortabel. Buiten zitje op terras, was ik erg blij mee! Ter afsluiting een goed ontbijt.

Wel een keuken, maar niet om te gebruiken. Er zijn bijvoorbeeld geen glazen en er staat een oud koffie apparaat. Water heeft een beste chloor lucht. Restaurant is goed maar best wel duur.
