Extremely welcoming place with good space

The staff was very polite and welcoming with good handle of English. so communication was never a problem. The rooms were spacious and clean. breakfast was well planned. not many choices but what was available was very thought out and enough.

Beautiful location, amazing room, really good breakfast, great stay with baby

We really loved our stay at this hotel. This was the first hotel with our little baby and everything was fantastic. The room was very big and the bed was super nice. Breakfast was amazing and they even have a kids playroom. Hotel owners are super nice. Also the surroundings are so relaxed and beautiful. Do not hassitate to stay here.

Awesome location and staff. Perfectly pleasant for all my needs on a cycling trip.

They were super accommodating for my late arrival. Was on a solo long distance cycle trip and would have had to ride another hour in the dark to another hotel if these kind people hadn’t been a little flexible for me. Thank you!

Comfortable base for exploring the North Eifel

Very comfortable bed with duvets (not sheets), large room, excellent breakfast with good Jura coffee machine and a little play room for small kids.

At the peak time of breakfast there was a little queue for the Jura coffee machine. And there was no shampoo/shower gel in the room (didn't ask for it either, as I brought my own).

Staff was friendly and very welcoming. A room was nice, clean, and comfortable. We were accommodated in the room with 2 double beds, which was perfect as it gave us a lot of privacy ( I was travelling with my little son and mother-in-law).

I was missing a kettle to make a cup of tea after a long drive (as there is no restaurant in the hotel), but I'm probably just spoiled. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Great hotel in a good location

We had a nice room with an additional room with a sofa. The breakfast was acceptable but a number of times we were told "You eat too much"! It was a good location for motorcycling and there is "Off road parking". There are a few restaurants, the owner drove us to a Greek restaurant a couple of evenings and we walked back, the food was budget. Another is just across the bridge and served very good food at a reasonable price.

There was nothing we didn't like in our 3 night stay.

We booked a room for 2 adults and a teenager. (age was entered when booked) And the Booking app allocated us to a room not suitable for an extra (adult) bed. The hotel owner upgraded us without extra cost to a family room which, could easily fit all of us. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed the surroundings. You can easily go for a nice walk in the forest and enjoy the view of the lake. There is a little kiosk close-by with view of the lake were you can have a drink outside and enjoy a drink, ice cream or a little snack like fries or a pizza. For us this was a quick overnight stay, so we really enjoyed these nice extra's.

It's probably very personal, but I prefer cotton sheets. Otherwise everything was according to our expectations.

We had a warm welcome and we could park our motorcycles in a dry space behind the hotel. Also had a nice balcony and the breakfast is good value. Owner is friendly and i will probably visit again in the future.

The hotel was really well located near the lake, and very central for walks. The owner is very friendly, lend us his bikes, made sure we were alone in the breakfast room, and helped us where ever he could.
