The young lady on reception was so helpful. We arrived on bicycles, fully loaded with 6 bags on each bike. We left the bikes on the ground floor and started to carry the bags up, she not only insisted on helping us but she found us a lower room. Then she sorted out moving our bags on by taxi to our next destination. She was amazing.
And the place, Julich, was lovely.
For obvious reasons, because of the age of the building, there is no lift. They do make sure you are aware of this before you arrive.

I liked the silence and the number of windows that made the room bright. Good breakfast buffet.
The wifi had some hiccup. The rest was ok.
