The location is great, close to the city center, where you can enjoy walking along the tiny streets, visiting cafes and nice bars.
The hotel was a bit old, but we got a room on the top floor, and the morning view of the mountains is lovely!
Additionally, the breakfast room was nicely decorated and served.

- A very historical atmospheric place
- the parking was about 10 minutes away going up the hill drom the parking. Not that convenient of you travel with kids / pregnant wife
- the breakfast could have been more diverse

Clean, comfortable bed and rooms. The rooms are heated warmly to welcome us when we checked in, which is superb especially for winter stay. Near the village centre and yet not too far from the car park, within walking distance, which makes it very convenient as we have a car. The continental breakfast spread is very good, in a delightful setting on the ground floor, giving us an energised start in the winter morning. The senior couples who run this hotel really do a very good job in a professional way, delivering comfort of high service quality to the guest with solemnness (maybe a bit of smile will score a perfect 10)

Classic old building
Our bathroom was pretty small, but it’s definitely not a deal breaker. It was kinda cute!

It’s very close to anything that you need to see and the village Center. It’s a perfect cozy stay and has lots of charm and character. The place is old and still well maintained and beautiful with paintings and lovely interiors. The breakfast spread was also good with a good selection of cold cuts.
I would’ve loved tea kettle in the room to have the option of having a morning cuppa before breakfast.

The building was very nice, very old and historic. The furniture was accordingly.
The staff (owners) were a bit grumpy and not very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was simple but okay.

Our rooms were very spacious and clean. The hotel was easily accessible, and there was a paid parking lot nearby where we could park our car. The best part was the breakfast; it was excellent.
The hotel owners didn’t speak English and seemed a bit grumpy.

Excellent breakfast choice. Friendly staff, hotel is at a good location.
There was no parking place. Free parking space would be excellent.

Breakfast was okay and a good choice
There were no available tables so other guests were asked if they would share , several said no which was very embarrassing and demoralising.

Lovely large room and comfy bed. Great location
no help with luggage and generally grumpy owner and grumpy staff at breakfast (probably the other owner). Breakfast was very basic.

Rustic look and feel. Spacious room. All amenities in proper working order. Ample breakfast in wonderful dining room.
No dislikes about this property.

Lovely old building, good sized room, good breakfast (although nothing cooked). Within easy walk of whole town and several restaurants. Parking 5 minutes walk. Wi-fi good.
Very poor shower - temperature impossible to control, dangerously hot or cold. Staff spoke virtually no English (to be fair, as advertised) - competent but not friendly. Restaurant at property supposed to be open but wasn't. Supposed to have a bar - none.

How old the hotel was and all the wood and carvings. Room was large and met our needs. Able to park our motorbike in their garage for an extra €9 per night
No tea or coffee facilities in the room.

The character of the hotel and its deco. It was rustic and all in line with its setting, age and style. We loved the typical German style.
It was a pity the hotel was low staffed and therefore they were not able to run the restaurant, which seemed like a wonderful setting in the cellar.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Graf Rolshausen for a holiday getaway, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities such as a comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, The bathroom was also spotless, with clean and comfort linen.
One thing that stood out to me was the hotel's breakfast, with great spread
The hotel's location was also a plus, as it was centrally located and within walking distance of many restaurants, and attractions.

The breakfast was oke! And the waitress was very kindl! The rooms are very nice
The owner isnt very kind at all !!! There is no restaurant open because there is no personel , so also no place to sit down! Nothing to read or someting on the room .so empty as if you are not a guest ..not any paper with a welkomwoord or so! And also very less soap, really for the money it s not worth to go here..The sheet on the bed is strange, as if it has been used before and it is very light and also was it very hot on the room .Much too expensive.!!!

What a lovely hotel! We love the decoration. The breakfast was super nice!
Wi-Fi. I needed to work a couple of days and got kicked out of meetings because of the weak Wi-Fi.

The dining area during breakfast is so amazing. The receiving area looks very sophisticated.
The receptionist is not friendly and cannot speak even basic English.

The location was perfect
I asked prior to arrival for a vegan breakfast, I got answered that they only serve meat with the breakfast.
For my dog they asked an extra of €16 it should state on the website how much extra it is not just that extra charges could be applicable.
When arriving I almost got scared and not by the adams family looks of the hotel but by the owner who rather had us gone and gave us the most unfriendly welcome I have ever had.

very old historic property in excellent condition right in the centre of town, but still in a quiet area. Room 32 on third floor was spacious with classic German oak furniture. The super king sized firm bed remarkably comfortable and the linen a joy. Pillows and duvets super soft down.
The included breakfast was a good example of a solid German meal.
Coffee and tea making facilities would have been nice.
The large jacuzzi fine, but the shower arrangement not the best.
