Very Friendly old fashioned hotel
It was a comfortable stay over after cycling the nearby Vennbahn. Monika the owner was a very friendly host. Breakfast was good specially the sausages

The rest. Staff was rude and inappropriate. Insufficient knowledge of languages. Very dated decor.

Basic hotel, far from Monschau centre
The breakfast was plentyful and the owner was very nice, though we did not meet until the morning.
The location, almost 5 km from the centre and that there was no one at reception when we arrived at 7 pm even though we had been told that there would be someone until 9. Also beware of restaurants closing at 8pm on a Monday. If it had not been for La Fontana in the Markt Platz we would not have eaten that night.

the staff is friendly and the breakfast is fair enough but internet connection was really poor.
Breakfast was very good, and the only staff who did all the job was very friendly. But the hotel itself is not what we expected.
Internet connetion was totally poor, but I guessed it is because of the location.

Friendly staff, attention during the included breakfast, properly maintained hotel, Just normal, nothing too bad. Easy parking for motorcycles. Flexible about time of arrival (can get the key at any time). Following Covid-19 measures.
Bathroom had no clear place to place the soap in the shower. Hard access to electrical sockets around the bed. Next to a road.
