We were very happy with our short stay and would certainly return if we visit the Eiffel region again.

Central location in the Alt Stadt. Excellent restaurant and service. Friendly, professional and cordial staff. Quiet and clean.

I getting up there in age and the lack of an elevator be comes more of an inconvenience, but this of course will not be a down side for others. No on site parking available, but there is an inexpensive public parking lot a short walk from the location.

Great location but needs attention and upgrading to compete with other hotels in the centre

It's in a great location and the upgrade done in the bar and front of house since the 2021 town floods looks great. Staff were responsive via message service during normal working hours and accommodated our much later than planned arrival. Staff suggested options for overnight parking nearby. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Staff very helpful when we arrived much later than expected but in their rush they did not explain how to get in and out of building with external fob once front of house locked. Once settled we realised we needed to get back to car for medicine and water and as the main entrance leads directly from bar to street we were not sure if the main entrance was alarmed or if there was an alternative night door. Called emergency number three times but no answer. Appreciate it was very late at night but what else is an emergency number for? Fortunately we spotted some other guests coming in late who helped us get out. Some information about this in the rooms would help. Ensuring someone is available to answer the emergency number or the ability to leave a message which is picked up quickly would be helpful. Rooms need a lot of upgrading to compete with other hotels in the town. Fixtures and fittings dated and many not working effectively especially in bathroom. Breakfast not good value for money in comparison to other hotels in region and many food items left open to the air and flies which was disappointing. Covering the bread and pastries would be helpful and / or investing in something to attract and eliminate the high number of insects.

Bol d’air au calme dans un village médiéval typique et bien conservé (voyage pendant la période de Noël) !

Emplacement à l’entrée du village, en plein centre assez en retrait pour être au calme tout en profitant dés commodités à deux pas. Concernant la chambre : En très bon état, grande SDB (douche + baignoire spa + sèche cheveux), tout est propre, grand lit confortable. Aucun bruit. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés et avons passé un très bon week-end. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner excellent et varié !! :)

So wünscht man sich einen Hotelaufenthalt. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von neun Personen im Hotel. Einhellig sind wir der Meinung, dass die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personal nicht zu toppen ist. Sowohl das Essen im Restaurant als auch das angebotene Frühstück lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die teilweise negativen Bewertungen sind für uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Wer überhöhte Ansprüche hat soll doch bitte ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel zu einem vielfachen des Preises buchen.

Wenn etwas nicht gepasst hat, fiel dies durch die zuvorkommende und freundliche Behandlung nicht ins Gewicht.

nooit meer en de goede beoordeling op de site klopt niet !

geen parkeerplaats- 15 minuten met koffer slepen. naast bed / onder nachtkastje verlengsnoeren ( zie foto ). Gevaar voor kortsluiting bij omvallen glas water. handvat van deur ging los ( zie foto ). We konden niet de kamer verlaten ( ook niet bij brand !! ). trede midden in badkamer, zonder duidelijke markering ( zie foto ). Onze kamer ( de duurste ) was in apart huis achter het hotel. ( zie foto ) Temidden van afvalbakken!. En alleen bereikbaar via gang tussen de gebouwen( 30 cm breed ! ( zie foto) Bij terugkeer om 22:00 uur was het hotel dicht ( donker !!!) We moesten door 30 cm breed gangetje in donker

Nicht perfekt, aber nahe dran.

Das Personal ist etwas unprofessionell. Es ist nett, benimmt sich allerdings so, als wenn sie erst am Vortag eröffnet hätten. Das Frühstück hängt vom Personal ab. Es kann sehr bescheiden sein (keine 5 Euro wert), oder richtig gut und dem Preis entsprechend. Die Lage ist natürlich super und das Restaurant hat ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis. Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel empfehlen. Ich war schon drei Mal dort.

Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Frühstück abhängig vom Personal, Abwicklung Ein- und Auschecken verbesserungswürdig. Alles in allem überwiegen aber die Vorteile wie oben genannt.

Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei Parkplatzsuche helfend unterstützt (Outlet Parkplatz versus städtischer Parkplatz) Wir fühlten uns rundherum wohl.

Wir waren mit dem Deluxezimmer sehr zufrieden! Es ist neu renoviert und sehr geräumig. Die Lage ist perfekt und das Personal super freundlich. :) Außerdem ist das Essen im Restaurant wirklich sehr lecker.

Man könnte im Bad noch eine Lüftungsmöglichkeit schaffen. Das Fenster lies sich nicht öffnen.

Bis auf die erhöhte Temperatur im Dachzimmer ein sehr angenehmes Hotel.

Das Frühstück war gut. Es war alles da, wasüblicherweise zu einem reichhaltigen Start in den Tag gehört.

Das Zimmer unterm Dach war zwar sehr nett eingerichtet, benötigt im Sommer allerdings unbedingt eine Klimaanlage!

Niet nog een keer

Het ontbijt was minimalistisch, maar goed! Locatie is heel fijn gelegen. Kamers zijn schoon maar wel wat verouderd. Restaurant en ambience beneden is wel goed. Dame van het ontbijt doet heel goed haar werk! Super vriendelijk.

Inchecken duurde erg lang en was chaotisch. Eindelijk ingecheckt en naar de kamers (2) om er achter te komen dat 1 kamer nog niet klaar was. Inchecken kan vanaf 14:00, en om 14:30 was de kamer nog niet klaar, hier een melding van gemaakt en het zou nog een half uur duren. De kamer was inderdaad pas klaar om 15:00, wat ik persoonlijk niet vind kunnen als je er voor betaald vanaf 14:00. S’avonds nog wat gedronken en we kregen niet meer de mogelijkheid om nog wat te bestellen want om 21:45 kwamen ze al voor af te rekenen terwijl we hierom nog niet gevraagd hadden. Een andere tafel kreeg wel nog een biertje??? Kale meneer (eigenaar) erg onvriendelijk en niet klantgericht

Sehr schönes Restaurant, gutes Frühstück mit reichlich Auswahl, gutes Abendessen, tolle Lage.

Das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss sowie dessen Eingangstür als auch das Bad sind in die Jahre gekommen und könnten mal wieder renoviert werden.

Super schön

Wir hatten ein neu renoviertes Zimmer das super war. Die Betten einfach toll und die Ausstattung super. Das Frühstück hat sich geändert und ist jetzt richtig gut. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Wir waren schon oft hier aber diesmal war es am schönsten. Wir werden bestimmt noch öfters kommen.

Ein total gelungenes Osterfest

Alles war super, Zimmer, Sauberkeit und Personal waren vom Feinsten. Hinter der Bar arbeitet eine ganz fleißige Biene Maja. Habe Ihr oft zugeschaut, da sitzt wirklich jeder Handgriff.

Nagut, unser Fernseher lief nicht, haben wir aber dort auch nicht unbedingt gebraucht.
