Spacious house for big group

Living room aircond not strong. Can feel the warm even at night. Must fix big air cond there. Swimming pool dirty. The fridge at lower ground. Should place at ground floor

the key lock got abit problem while key in the pin Overall ok, just got 1 room aircon breakdown, then seem owner is know the problem, ask me to use stand fan Kitchen is very dirty, seem nobody doing cleaning at there, need to find a clean plate also hard. There is swimming pool provided, but no washing machine. I suggest washing machine is a need in a house.

The staffs were attentive. All i need to do was to send them a message for any issues or queries. They already included one stand fan for the living room. When i mentioned the master bedroom on 3rd floor was too warm for me, they send over another stand fan. The rooms were clean albeit old. There were enough space for my family to run around. The location is good. The neighbours are quiet and not intrusive. The security guards are very friendly & alert. They go on their rounds regularly, making us feel safe in the quiet neighbourhood. Ordering food or car from Gojek is easy. The pool is huge enough for everyone in my family to chill in at the same time. This place is highly recommended for those who have a big family and prefers private pool.

Too many lizards, termites, ants outside & inside the house. And the fact that we have to go down to the basement (which my family called dungeon) just to access the fridge. There were no microwave on the living area, made it worse for us to heat up food. The kitchen at the basement is just too scary, musty & incomplete for us to use. The pool gets very dirty by the time we ended our 6days 5nights stay. No one came to clean it.

Very convenient and easy to travel too. Staff were friendly for sure

Aircon for are not working, except for 1 room. It was not cold at all. Require to service.
