The Keystone Clarke Quay

The coffee in the room, access to washer dryer, the size of the bathroom, the view from our room. The location is fantastic!

We had to shift rooms. There were a bunch of drunkards in the next room who were fighting, screaming, cooking, washing dishes at 2 AM. Sounded like someone was beating the other. It was scary! And we have a 2 year old. I had to request a floor change after sending a short recording from inside my room of the noise. The Keystone team did change my room, but after requesting me to accomodate them for 1 more night as they were checking out after that (to which I didn't agree). The Keystone team even asked me if I tried to speak to the neighbours, which surprised me a lot. This was not my issue to manage but Keystone's. How can they expect me to speak to drunk people at 2 am and risk my family's security??? I have been a Singapore PR from 2009-2013 and never felt so scared as this one night in Keystone. I insisted on a floor change. After the floor change, our experience was very smooth. They need to vet their clients and not accept crazy people. The Keystone team also does not reply on weekends at all! So one has to really wait till the week starts. This is a problem as we faced the above issue on a saturday night.

Central location and spacious

敢えてよかったとしただけですが、部屋のベッドより、デスクはもっと大きかったら嬉しかったです。睡眠スペースは1人ですから、ダブルベッドよりシングルの大きめで良かったですが、パソコンによるデスクワーク及び食事とか飲酒とかいったことを考えれば、3倍以上です。

メールのやり取り全くリアルでなかった。 チャット GTP を使ってでも、利用者言語に対応すべき心づもりが欲しかった
