Spacious, air con was cold, proximity to eateries in Mount Austin. The staff were really really courteous, helpful and responsive. The way they handle sticky situation is very professional.
The lockbox was kind of old, so the number dial was a bit faulty making it hard to align the numbers and unlock the box. Took a longer time to collect and return keys. The entrance gate and door lock is very challenging to open, mechanism getting old. Providing salt/ soya and pepper would be nice for simple egg breakfast before work. Doesn't make sense for us to buy a bottle that we won't finish.
