Very close to Aeon Mall, large unit though a bit old

Location is super convenient to get to Aeon Tebrau mall, with a back exit that leads straight to the carpark. Love that there's also a mini mart just right below the apartment for some cold drinks and snacks if needed.
The main road around the apartment is often jam, especially the side to the toppen mall area. I took almost 1 hour to reach toppen mall after checking out, due to the bad traffic. Finding parking at toppen is also a nightmare. Apartment has a bit of ant near the living room/corridor area, bed a little shaky, other then that all is good.

only thing we liked is the location. even though the location is walkable and near to malls, the journey is arduous - not great for elderly and little ones.
place is pretty run down compared to pictures and reviews. from the time we entered apartment, things like fan remote is missing hence unable to adjust speed, water pressure too low, sofa bed has crumbs, tv isn’t working despite saying it was, mozzies inside the house, place smell musky. the place was dusty and had poor ventilation? as a family who is sensitive to dust, we were coughing and sneezing almost daily. could it be coincidental? i’m not sure. bed isn’t great, condition of things around the house is just poorly maintained.
