17 Pax Private Villa, Ferry Terminal Shuttle & Breakfast

- house was very spacious, there were 4 big bedrooms with aircon and 4 queen beds + 1 sofa bed were big enough to fit a group of 9 friends, 4 bathrooms that were all in working conditions with comfortable water pressure - relatively clean enough for our standards, they provide clean towels and toothbrush set which was nice! The floors and bathrooms are clean to our expectations! - lots of facilities in the house to keep all of us entertained! Of course don’t expect top quality of the facilities but it was very good enough to keep us entertained for 3 days. We loved the billiards pool table, ping pong table, mahjong and karaoke set. There’s also a mini sauna room (can fit 4 inside) on the 3rd floor and a few bikes available that we didn’t use, lots of balcony space to suntan or play ball if you like. - our host could speak English and was very friendly and responsive on WhatsApp throughout our stay, we bothered him with many questions and requests over the weekends and he answered and fulfilled them perfectly!

- in a very quiet (but seems safe) neighbourhood with not much amenities outside of the house, ongoing construction of the neighbouring houses. The first night we arrived, our grab driver was also confused which path to take as it was a very dark side road. But in the day time it is a very peaceful and beautiful area with a river in front of the house - No food or amenities within walking distance, but it wasn’t an issue for us because we GrabFood all of our meals and GrabCar to all of our location - some people may not like the stray cats in the neighbourhood that will slip through the main gates and lay in front of your door meowing for food (but we love the cats)

Reaches my expectations, lots of activities available, very great place for group.

There’s stray cats and location might be scary at night.

The location was nice, very quiet area and behind the house there’s a river. There is bicycles and a snooker pool provided is the highlight.

The ground level room has no light in toilet, the TV was not functional and the fan remote was not available and the air-con is not chill.
