The service that is provided from the staff, making you feel personal and trying to respond to your question the soonest they could, cleanliness, comfortable.

Nothing much that we don't like but just hoping that their food menu choice can have more option. Overall their food is still nice.

The staff were friendly and warm.

Reception: The reception office was somewhat small and cramped. There was no space for my family of 5 to stand or sit in a place. The reception area has to be big with some sofas to make it welcoming. We are paying a premium price. The first experience matters. Rat problem: The villa we booked was good but there were severe rat issues. They were pooping and peeing every where in the kitchen area and the smell was bad. I had to clean the kitchen area everyday myself as I had small kids with me. This smell was in the main bedroom's bathroom as well. We wanted a resort experience with good smell and service. The staff were helpful but something has to be done more drastically to eradicate the rats from the property. Leaking floor: There was heavy rains and some water entered the living room despite the glass doors closed. The staff came to immediately clean but they had to put towels on the floor because the water had gone inside the tiles and was leaking water every time we stepped on it. My kid skid and fell because of that.
