Loved that the 2 bedroom apartment had our own bathroom and toilet. Very spacious, and like home away from home. Kitchenette, oven top, wash machine/dryer and a fridge. Close to supermarket, shopping centre and hawker food stalls walk distance 150m. Elevator or stairs to apartment. All that you would require for breakfast , lunch and dinner you could do so with the facilities available. We ate in for breakfast daily but ate out for dinner. Was great.
No broom or vaccum to clean floor but housekeeping was every 2 days. We stayed for 7 days so well worth it.

Location is good, near to 3 MRT stations. Closed to eateries. Kitchen utensils and washer and dryer provides convenience

I'd start with the fact that the hostess was the best – we arrived late, she did not mind waiting. We needed to leave our luggage for couple of days some where, she offered the place to keep it.
The rooms are spacious (for a hotel), bed comfy, premises clean. Quite close to 2 metro stations, shops and eating places in walking distance. We stayed there for three weeks.
Forgot to mention at the hotel that the knives need sharpening :)
And just in case – if you need lovely views from the window, it's not the place.

Fantastic location - between Tanjong Pagar and Outram MRT - especially the latter which allows us to access 3 different lines to get to literally anywhere in SG. Also close to shops and good cafes.
The kitchen utensils felt sticky and some of the crockeries didn’t look clean so we didn’t use any kitchen equipment. As we were there for 2 weeks, it would’ve been helpful if the host provided basics like hand soap, liquid detergent, disposable wipes at kitchen sink - this could help future guests to maintain cleanliness of crockeries.
