About this villa rental
The villa, situated on a hillside, quiet and panoramic position surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, you can reach Florence in just 25-30 minutes by car or train.
The ground floor has a spacious living room furnished with typical Tuscan furniture, where you can go upstairs thanks to a beautiful staircase in 'pietra serena' or go to the large kitchen which side of the 'old fireplace is equipped of a masonry structure covered with tiles from Vietri with oven, 6 hotplates, dishwasher, washing machine and large sink 'plate rack' of wood, or to the living room where numerous paintings and antique furniture give a pleasant sense of tranquility or study with a beautiful piano, various paintings and a collection of photographs of all the bridges built in Rome, Florence and Turin, from 'Enterprise Allegri
On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a toilet, sink and bidet.
Finally, the beautiful dining room with three large windows and an 'exit giving directly on a 'green' terrace.
On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms with large double bed and windows overlooking the surrounding hills, one bedroom with 3 single beds and a bathroom with shower, small tub, bidet, toilet and large sink.
Upstairs, in the attic, the third bathroom.

Tres bon séjour.
La maison est spacieuse et agréable grâce à son environnement magnifique.
La piscine est agréable.
Une présence excessive de moustiques ainsi qu'un manque de matériel pour vivre à l'extérieur (table assez grande pour 11 personnes avec chaises par exemple) étaient regrettable. Le propriétaire a toutefois tenté de rectifier cela au mieux.
