Beautiful location and facilities
Towels and linens are not changed during your stay, neither is the cleaning services. They charge an extra for each set of towels but it is not mentioned anywhere booking. Be aware!
Breakfast could have also been better in terms of quality. Very basic and nothing homemade besides the scrambled eggs. All pastries were from the supermarket and were dry.

This was the favorite stay in Italy. We toured from Venice to Pompeii, but our teens loved this place the most. Breakfast was ready for us in the morning (including gluten free for celiacs), the kids played soccer, tennis, ping pong and then we would explore the area. The staff were so friendly, and always available to help, even when we needed a doctor appointment. We absolutely would not hesitate to go back, a true gem.

it had a nice pool, a lot of places to chill
We found trash in the apartment after some other people stay. When asked about it the staff only pointed the direction where we can find the trash place.
There were some communication issues in regard of breakfast, our leave and wine tasting session.
