Part of an ex monastery from the XII cen. well renovated, in the heart of the Tuscan countryside and enriched with the hospitality and the willingness of the owners. Ideally located to reach important art cities like Florence, Sienna, S.Gimignano,....

Tasting of wine and extravergin olive oil of our production.
Every morning the baker arrives in the village with fresh bread, pizza and schiacciata.
Casa il Pino contains of a three floor house and a garden with BBQ, Table and chairs, including a children's playground, all in an altitude of 400 m.
The ground floor has a dining area, a double bedroom, a full bath as well as a laundry room with washing machine.
The first floor has a living room with fireplace, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (with large fridge, oven, dishwasher, and all cooking supplies) with a balcony, perfect for outdoor eating. The living has A/C.
The second floor has two double bedrooms both with A/C and a full bathroom.
Privat garden furnished with table and chairs, deck chairs and umbrellas. Aromatic plants are available for cooking.
The owners live nearby and you are invited to visit our chickens.
The house is equipped with WIFI, independent heating, air conditioning, cable TV, BBQ, private parking

We spent 4 nights at this property and it was wonderful. The property was ideally located to so many things including, Florence, Pisa, Sienna and the wineries. The hosts are so kind and helped us find markets, restaurants and stores. They welcomed us with such kindness and responded promptly to any questions or needs we had. The house itself fit 3 generations (4 adults, 2 tweens) comfortably. Everyone had the space they needed and we had plenty of space to cook and play games together. I would definitely recommend this for a place to stay to enjoy Tuscany.

We had a fantastic time in the hills of Chianti. The hosts were so sweet and welcoming! The house is exactly as pictured, but what is not pictured is how lovely it was to sit in front of a lit fire in the evenings with a glass of wine. The surrounding countryside is lovely, and the house is within easy driving distance from everywhere we wanted to see. The grocery store is an easy 8 minute drive, and the house is well stocked. A cozy home nestled in the beautiful Tuscan landscape. Our hosts could not have been more welcoming or friendly. The location is perfect and we will be going back.
