The apartment is on the first floor of a semi-detached villa, which is divided into 3 independent apartments. Access is via a private internal staircase. The main living space is built in the authentic Tuscan style with wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors. The room is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV and a wooden dining table for 6. The open kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, Moka coffee maker and a fridge/freezer.
Outside, immerse yourself in the beauty of the Tuscan landscape. The property features a shared garden. The private terrace has spectacular views across the surrounding countryside. The shaded private outdoor dining area has access to a shared barbecue, perfect for alfresco meals surrounded by greenery.
Guests are kindly requested to respect the quiet hours, in accordance with municipal regulations, from 11 p.m. to 9 a.m., under penalty of a fine. Please note that the property is equipped with a decibel detector.
