We had a wonderful stay at Complex Forest Sarnitsa. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking lake and mountain views. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. We especially appreciated the beautiful surroundings and the excellent hospitality. We would definitely love to come back.
Honestly, there was nothing significant to complain about. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. If anything, we only wish we could have stayed longer!

Les chambres sont grandes et très propres, la literie est parfaite. La salle de bain a une douche xxl. Chaque chambre a une terrasse privative avec vue sur le lac, magnifique. Il y a un parking et un restaurant où l'on mange très bien. Le petit déjeuner traditionnel est copieux et très bon. Bref ne passez pas à côté de cette pépite !

The staff were friendly and helpful.
Our toilet got clogged and they couldn't fix it so we had to spend a night without a private toilet before they could move us to another room. Also the bathroom was in really bad shape, the shower head was broken, the sink was tiny and it was dirty.
