Всё было великолепно !!! Место, природа, тишина, приятные люди. Великолепный и очень вежливый персонал.
Всё отлично ! Единственное чего не хватало, так это обычной чайной или десертной ложки в номере, чтобы сделать чай или кофе. Но, это не минус, а может просто забыли доукомплектовать.

Местоположението на комплекса е невероятно. Пред стаята имаше страхотна веранда, която предлага панорама към езерото и планината. Удоволствие е да си изпиеш кафето сутрин на тази панорама.

The staff were friendly and helpful.
Our toilet got clogged and they couldn't fix it so we had to spend a night without a private toilet before they could move us to another room. Also the bathroom was in really bad shape, the shower head was broken, the sink was tiny and it was dirty.
