About this villa rental
Clear and airy house on the edge of the dunes, recommended to ocean lovers (small footpath right in front of the house to go up to the beach).
Only 10 minutes walk away, you can also reach 'the Bassin', the other side of the peninsula, which offers much calmer waters. It is ideal to learn sailing, windsurfing or to go fishing.
The house sits in a garden spilt on two levels, where it is possible to park the car. At the back, there is a nice decking area in exotic wood, surrounded by flowers and plants: the perfect spot to enjoy your meals or sunbathing. One wing of the living-room is equipped with a double sofa bed, so it can be used as either a drawing-room or a spare bedroom when the door in closed.

We had a wonderful time. Dominique is a great host. She made us feel very welcome and even picked us up at the ferry station. She also had lots of recommendations. The house was perfect for us. It is also very well located - we did not need a car as everything is very close. Our three children also had a great time. Many thanks, Dominique!

Dominique is a warm and helpful host — she even gave us and our baggage a ride to the ferry! The place is well-equipped and everything is thoughtfully provided for (dishwasher tabs, coffee capsules, a welcome pack of beverages and snacks, etc.), and we loved the lush terrace. The location is ideal for the ocean coast and only a short walk from the bay side.

Tout est prévu pour que l'on se sente à l'aise avant même notre arrivée, les propriétaires font tout pour cela: envoi d'un plan avec la situation exacte de la villa. Sur place un dossier "touriste" avec des plans, des cartes, les bonnes adresses, les commerces... et le petit "kit d'arrivée" bien apprécié après un long voyage: des boissons fraiches dans le réfrigérateur! et déjà à disposition: du café, les aromates, huiles, pastilles lave vaisselle ... il faut juste remplacer ce que l'on a vidé pour les suivants (ce qui est normal!) La villa: très jolie, claire, le cadre verdoyant très boisé et fleuri, la salle à manger qui s'ouvre sur une belle terrasse avec table, parasol, transat, hamac ... on s'y sent très vite à l'aise. la situation: à moins de 5mn de marche, on est sur la plage, face à l'océan, ce qui permet de faire d'agréables promenade le matin le long de la plage, ou d'assister au cocher du soleil sur l'océan et rentrer tranquillement avant qu'il ne fasse nuit. A moins de 5mn également du phare, et près du bassin, des commerces, etc ... Nous n'avons pratiquement pas utilisé la voiture (qui est resté garée à son emplacement prévu à l’intérieur de la propriété)! et pour finir: la région: magnifique! beau temps, belle région, belle villa, propriétaire chaleureux: nous ne regrettons pas notre séjour
