Terraced house "Horizon". 1 km from the centre of Cap Ferret, 25 km from the centre of Andernos, 68 km from the centre of Bordeaux, in the residential district, 1 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 500 m2 (fenced) with trees, parking at the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 1 km, bus stop "Allée des dunes" 700 m, sandy beach 1 km. Surf school 1 km.
"Horizon", 4-room terraced house 70 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), radio and CD-player. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senséo) extra). Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. Walk-through room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). HORIZON ist sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Etwas mehr Sauberkeit hätte uns gefreutl. Die enge Wendeltreppe nach oben ist atemberaubend. Geht aber. Der Garten ist wunderbar zum faulenzen. Das Umfeld des Hauses ist quirlig, aber erträglich. Insgesamt war es gemütlich und wir fühlten uns wohl. Der Betreuer E. war sehr freundlich und prompt. Nicht zuletzt die äußerst vorteilhafte Lage zwischen Ozean und Becken v. Arcachon lässt uns das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

haus geräumig,oben drei Schlafzimmer nett gestaltet mit hübschen Blicken ,eins mit Dusche und WC . wirklich alles da was man braucht Waschmaschine trockner Dusche getrenntes WC , grill liegen ,grosser schöner schattiger Garten, betonvorgarten etwas lieblos grau, Straßenlage Vorteil Parkplatz vorm Haus ,zu Fuss /Rad schnell am Atlantik und Bassin, Nachteil tagsüber mit zunehmender Saison viel Autolärm, nacht ruhig.Preisleistung im Juni absolut ok

Prix location excessivement élevé par rapport aux prestations. Description mensongère, photos trompeuses. Cabines douches lamentables. Manque flagrant de rangement (étagères, patères, etc) 6 personnes ne peuvent pas cohabiter ni se laver dans un espace si réduit. Étendoir linge ridiculement petit et instable Deux chaises longues crasseuses Ménage approximatif Location 4 personnes grand maximum.
