Just an 8-minute walk from the town center, at the foot of the Notre-Dame d'Arcachon Basilica and its famous "sailors' chapel," is this comfortable 54 m² two-bedroom apartment located on the first floor of a well-maintained villa, divided into several apartments. This apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
Upon entering, you will discover a dining/living room with a convertible corner sofa (160 cm), a television, and access to the outdoor passageway. The fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a conventional oven, a microwave, four ceramic hobs, an extractor hood, and a dishwasher, also opens onto the outdoor passageway. The hallway leads to two south-facing bedrooms: the first with two single bunk beds and a closet/wardrobe, the second with a double bed (160 cm) and a dressing room. You'll also find a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and washer-dryer, as well as a separate toilet. The outdoor walkway can be used as a balcony for enjoying a drink while enjoying the view of Notre-Dame Basilica.
The apartment benefits from a shared Wi-Fi internet connection for all apartments in the villa. In excellent condition, very well-equipped, with a modern and refined decor, it enjoys an ideal location: beaches and shops (Carrefour Express) are less than 200 meters away, and the municipal market is a 10-minute walk away. A parking space is available within the villa grounds. A private outdoor storage room can be used to store bicycles, beach items, and strollers.
Pets are not allowed. Linens (sheets and bath towels) are provided. Cancellation insurance is included (optional), and final cleaning is included, provided regular maintenance has been performed during the stay. Furnished tourist accommodation classified 3 *** by Gironde Tourisme in May 2025.
