Bel appartement à quelques minutes du centre d Arcachon, confortable et spacieux

Das im Prospekt angegebene deutsch SAT–TV gab es nicht, nur franz. TV. Ausstattung war zweckmäßig. Das WC sehr beengt. Der Abstellplatz für Pkw ist insbesondere für größere Pkw und SUV zu schmal und durch Säulen eingeengt. Reisetipps: Wohnung ist günstg zur Stadt gelegen. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in größerem Umkreis gegeben.

Man braucht kein Auto, alles per Fuss erreichbar (Bootssteg, Bus, Bahnhof) Reisetipps: Dune de Pilat und Cap Ferret sind sehr empfehlenswert
