About this house rental
In Cap-Ferret, 75m2 house (in a secure residence) opening onto a quiet and pleasant terrace. Recently re-decorated in 2019 (Interior paint, carpet changed upstairs, bedding)
You are 800 meters on foot from the Ferret market (present every morning during the summer period) and 100m from the crossroads market, the press, the bakery... The Ocean is 100m away and the Arcachon Bay is 100m away. 300 meters.
1 master bedroom with a 140cm bed; 2 other bedrooms also with a 140 cm bed.
All have their own dressing room.
A living room opening onto a fully equipped American kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso + Filter coffee maker) opens onto a wooden terrace (BBQ, neat garden furniture).
A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, TV, wifi completes the equipment of this comfortable and welcoming Duplex.
This villa will offer you a warm setting all year round for a family and friendly stay.
** Deposit of €2,500.00 by check is required on the day of arrival.
** A deposit by transfer of €1,500.00 is required from tenants who do not have a checkbook.
- Deposit refunded or returned 7 days after the end of the rental.
**Compulsory end-of-stay cleaning fee €175.00
**Linen service FOR RENTAL Exclusively (Beds will be made upon your arrival): 1/ Double bed: €25.00/week -- €35.00/2 weeks -- €45/3 weeks 2/ Single bed: €23.00/week -- €33.00/2 weeks -- €43/3 weeks
** Towel Kit: €8/person
For any request involving a stay of less than 7 days (excluding July/August), please contact me directly.

* Vacation rental insurance is required prior to check-in.

Petite maison très bien placée et très facile à vivre. De superbes vacances grâce à ça !!!
Malgré tout, elle manque de confort : lits de 140, absence de micro-onde, serviettes(payant)limitées, salle de bain vétuste avec problème d’odeur et vis à vis important.
Ces quelques améliorations feraient de cette maison une agréable maison de vacances au Cap Ferret avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix.
