The rental we offer is a duplex at the foot of the lighthouse of Cap Ferret approximately 53m2 it is a terraced house floor with a beautiful terrace in a small residence.
Fully equipped (EXCEPT linen but with washing machine) you will find on the ground floor toilet, shower, living room with TV and TNT, a fitted kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven grill, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker , toaster, kettle ...), opening onto a large wooden terrace of 50 m2 exposed vegetated southeast with large table, griddle, parasol and shower.
Upstairs, two bedrooms with large closets, landing with toilet, a large modern bathroom with shower, double sinks and cabinets with hairdryer and heated towel rail. One room has a bed 160 cm, the other room 4 beds 90 cm by 190 cm. Both are equipped with large closet with wardrobes and smart storage for children.
The view of both the floor as the ground floor overlooking a typical vegetation waterfront.
You can access the terrace or by the room or by a separate entrance to get bikes or stroller, and rinse your feet or take a shower before entering the house.
