Cocoonr is offering this air-conditioned flat for rent in Lège-Cap-Ferret, with views of the dunes and sunsets, less than a kilometre from the beach. It measures 98 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

On the ground floor:
- A 30 m² living room with a TV, a sofa, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, including: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite shower room
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, you can make use of the following additional facilities: high chair, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- An 80 m² terrace, facing north-west and furnished so you can make the most of sunny days
The flat is ideally situated in Lège-Cap-Ferret, in a very pleasant setting overlooking the forest and the dunes. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
