About this house rental
Charming semi-detached house, made of wood in the heart of Cap Ferret, located between the market square and the emblematic lighthouse. A five minute walk from all shops, supermarkets, post office, restaurants and Bassin d'Arcachon. Easy parking rue des Cormorans opposite the Residence Villa Les Pins. The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac.
On the first floor: Fully equipped kitchen, open to a pleasant living and dining room opening onto a sunny terrace with duckboards. On the terrace, a family table with gas plancha and electric plancha for your meals. A parasol, large awning, 2 deckchairs and outdoor lounge for your moments of relaxation, an outdoor shower to rinse off when you return from the beach.
The first floor also has a large bathroom (sink, shower and toilet) very practical when returning from the beach.
Upstairs, in a welcoming atmosphere, three bright and comfortable bedrooms to recharge your batteries in peace. Bedding in perfect condition and of high quality. Household linen optional. 1 cot for baby is also at your disposal.
• A large master bedroom with private balcony, large double bed (1.60m), storage, cupboard and television.
• A bedroom with two 90cm beds, dresser and closet.
• A bedroom with a double bed (1.40m), a closet and dresser.
• A large bathroom (sink, shower and toilet)
Cool and pleasant villa in summer with 3 fans (columns) available for the hottest days.
Household linen (sheets and towels) optional: 20 euros per single bed and 40 euros per double bed.
For stays of 3 weeks or more, an intermediate cleaning (50 euros) will be requested.
In this haven of peace, all you have to do is decide each day between swimming in the Bay or the Ocean, cycling in the forest or a family trip to the market to taste the specialties of the region.

Great place for a stay at Cap Ferret. Right around the corner is the supermarket, in the other direction also only a few minutes walk you have the market of Cap Ferret. Nonetheless quiet, as the road does not have through traffic and the condo is not facing the road.
We had our bikes with us but you can also rent bikes, which is the best way to get around the Cap.

Hi,
We were very pleased despite that there were noises (due to works) in the surroundings.
Hopefully they will be terminated for our next stay end of August.

Lovely house for our family of five .
Carol was a pleasure to deal with and Muriel was there on arrival to give us the keys and offer help and advice .
The House had everything we needed and was centrally located.
We will be back !

The house was a delight, great location, fabulous little garden to enjoy the sunshine, very clean and beautifully decorated. Cap Ferret is one of my favourite places, I visit about three times a year.
