About this house rental
I offer a rental for weekends (2 nights minimum), by the week during school holidays (see rates at the end of the ad)
You will be at home in this typical villa in the Bay of Arcachon, located 5 minutes walk from the beach and the oyster farming village of L'Herbe.
3 bedrooms in the house + 1 double bedroom with private bathroom in an adjoining shed with all comforts.
All the rooms open onto a 1000m² garden and a large sunny wooden terrace, surrounded by pine trees, not overlooked.
The beaches of the Ocean are 5 minutes away by car, Cap Ferret 10 minutes away, also accessible by the cycle path through the pine trees.
The shops of the Canon are in the immediate vicinity.
In the house, 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6)
- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds + choice of 1 double bed or 2 single beds (for 4 beds in total)
Bathroom, powder room, renovated kitchen, living room, toilet.
Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WIFI.
Folding cot, high chair.
In the comfortable shed refurbished (15m²):
- 1 double bedroom
- Bathroom with shower and toilet
Large wooden terrace of 70m², shed with beach equipment and children's games, ping-pong table, BBQ available.
Non-smoking house. I regret, pets are not allowed.
Pillows and duvets available. Linen is to be provided by you (sheets, towels, bath mats and dish towels).
The cleaning package included in the rental price ensures that you find a house ready to live in.

Villa Esterina is located on the Dune de l'Herbe, 500 metres from the oyster farming village of L'Herbe and the village of Le Canon.
Shops are in the immediate vicinity on foot, by bike or by car.
Swimming is always possible at high and low tide on the beach of l'Herbe.
The village is full of typical and pleasant oyster tastings at any time, as is the Restaurant Chez Magne - Hotel de la Plage.
From the Villa, the forest offers beautiful bike rides and access to many ocean beaches, as well as the village of Cap Ferret 7km away.
