Completely renovated 2 years ago, located on the 1st floor of a large house divided into 4 apartments, our duplex with balcony and terrace ensures you a quiet holiday close to the Ocean, the basin and the shops, all within walking distance.
You can enjoy a large private terrace with natural shade, equipped with a summer kitchen with plancha and summer shower. Pets are welcome.
On the 1st floor is the living room with open kitchen, the living room opening onto the balcony equipped with a small table ideal for breakfast with a view of the Ferret lighthouse. Also on the 1st floor is a large double bedroom with new bedding in 160cm, television and an alcove including a work area, in which you can easily add a baby bed if necessary. Also on the 1st floor: a shower room and a separate toilet. There is also a cupboard for food storage or other.
On the 2nd floor, under the attic, there is a double bedroom with dresser.
A large attic bathroom in which there is a toilet with a macerator, a washing machine and a dryer.
Finally a dormitory with 3 single beds. We would like to point out that some of the height of the floor is not carrez but the circulation remains easy in the rooms.
Arrivals and departures are self-contained with a key box.
