About this house rental
'Quetsal Tenango' is a 1964 villa located in the heights of the Port de la Vigne on the peninsula of Cap Ferret.
Comfortable, it is on one level and the rooms overlook the terrace of 120 m² with views of the Basin.
The house is composed of two wings, served by a wide corridor. On one side two bedrooms (2 double beds, a single bed, 1 shower, 2 sinks, 1 separate toilet) and on the other a master suite (double bed 160cm) with private bathroom (bath, sink, toilet).
In the center of the house, the living room consists of a large living room and a dining area (antique Steiner sofas, fireplace, TV, large farm table). There is an independent contemporary kitchen, fully equipped, and the large outdoor terrace with its garden furniture (tables, chairs, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue). Exterior shutters painted spring 2020 (photos to follow).
In addition, its geographical location allows to be quiet while enjoying many activities: a staircase along the property takes you directly to the Port de la Vigne and its beach: supervised swimming, pontoon, children’s club, boat rental, launching dock for jet ski, tennis club de la Vigne and restaurants.
Cycle paths from the port or through the pine forest: you reach the trail in 15 minutes, and the ocean in 20 minutes. The cycle path leads to the roundabout of the Herbe and the oyster farming villages of Canon and Piraillan, or to Cap Ferret (15 minutes).
This house is very airy, as suspended at the top of the dune with its terrace overlooking the pool: very pleasant on holiday!

Très belle vue mais bruit des voitures de la rue en bas du terrain et décoration et ensemble rustique qui n'étaient pas précisés sur l'annonce....

Grosses Problem: Internet funktionierte die ersten 2 Tage gar nicht, dann schlecht. Schwierige Kommunikation darüber und grosser eigener Zeitaufwand, eine parallele Lösung zu finden. Aber im August ist das Internet in der Region überlastet, das sollte kommuniziert werden. - SONST: gut ausgerüstetes Haus, wunderschöne Lage mit Terasse und Aussicht, leider Straßenlärm.
