Well located apartment in a lively neighborhood with restaurants, the boulangerie and the boucherie just opposite. Good connections by bus and busboat to Arcachon, Dune de Pilat and Cap Ferret. Bicycle rent also closeby. Thanks to the garden around the building its is quiet inside the apartment. Apartment is well equipped. For cooking, you might experience the kitchen a bit small. Rather check out the many restaurants around.

L'appartement est idéalement situé, avec une vue directe sur la mer dont on ne se lasse pas. La résidence a un accès direct à la plage, et on est proche de tous les commerces et restaurants du Moulleau, y compris le loueur de vélos dans la ruelle adjacente. Séjour très agréable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Aout 2022. L'appartement, au 2ème étage d'une charmante résidence avec parc arboré, est pleine vue sur le bassin et le cap Ferret, avec des coucher des soleil magnifiques depuis le séjour les chambres et le balcon. La plage est à 15 metres (mais par ailleurs depuis la plage on ne peux pas regarder à l'intérieur de l'appartement). Idéalement situé à 2 pas de la jetée du Moulleau (d'ou on peut prendre le Ferry pour le cap Ferret, le Banc d'Arguin, le tour du bassin ... et le bateau-bus à 1€ pour Archachon), des bars, restaurants et glaciers, et de l'arrêt du bus 3 qui relie le centre d'Arcachon à la dune du Pilat et aux plages oceanes.
