Just a stone's throw from transport and shops, in absolute calm, this luxury rental is ideally located for a pleasant stay in the Arcachon basin.
This superb, spacious 120 m² apartment, recently renovated by an architect, is located on the garden level of a charming house in the middle of 1000 m² of wooded grounds and includes :
- a superb sunny terrace,
- a large, welcoming living room,
- a master suite with queen-size bed (160cm) and en-suite shower room,
- a bedroom with a double bed (140cm),
- a bedroom with 2 single beds,
- bathroom with walk-in shower,
- fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, oven, microwave, fridge, hob, dishwasher),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, ironing facilities,
- WiFi, TV,
- possibility of parking on the grounds of the house with plug for type 1 electric vehicle.
→ Hotel quality cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure.
→ Our guests will receive all the essentials for comfort and hygiene such as bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo

Located in a calm and pleasant neighborhood, you won't miss anything to enjoy a beautiful stay in the Arcachon Bay. In addition to being 5 min driving away from Arcachon city-center, you will discover 5 min away as well the charming Moulleau neighborhood with its beach and animations. We had a great stay at this house!
But I a few suggestions:
An outdoor plug in would be useful.
2nd bedroom would need wider single beds to sleep adults comfortable. Felt like camping mattress width. Too narrow to turn over!
Main bedroom mattress could use a soft topper.
Sleeping comfortable on vacation and investing in wide and comfortable mattresses should always be made priority for any rental!
