About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this charming 140 m² house with swimming pool, which sleeps up to 8 people, to rent in Pyla sur Mer.
It comprises a pretty 40 m² living room, including a fitted kitchen opening onto the lounge, a dining room and a sitting room.
The house has four bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
You can enjoy a 200 m² exterior, including the garden in front of the terrace and the outbuildings around the house.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up for you on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows
- A living room with a TV lounge area and a dining room.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- 3 bedrooms with 3 queen-size beds (160×200) and 1 twin bedroom.
Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and two others on the lower floor, which are open to the outside.
- Three shower rooms and one bathroom with shower and bath.
- Separate WC on the ground floor.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A private, unheated swimming pool open from 14 May to 30 September.
- A large sunny terrace overlooking the pool to enjoy the fine weather.
- A smaller, shadier terrace with garden furniture.
The house is ideally located in Pyla Sur Mer, next to the Abatilles district, in a very pleasant, peaceful setting in the pine forest and very close to the Arcachon golf course.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park or on the street (no parking charge).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
Transport :
- Arcachon train station and town centre 5 minutes away by car (1.5 km)
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux, about 54 minutes by car
- Beach: about 2 kilometres by road, less than 15 minutes by bike or 35 minutes on foot through the pine forest and 5 minutes by car.
On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.
