Located in the residential area of the town of Printemps, 150m from the beach and 800m from the town center of Arcachon, duplex apartment of 77 m²
Ground floor: entrance with cupboard, shower room and WC.
- living room with sofa bed (140 x 190), flat screen TV opening onto a terrace of approximately 17 m².
- fully equipped open kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher
Upstairs - bedroom with 2 beds (90 x 190); a small cabin bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90 x 200).
- bedroom with 1 bed (160 x 200) with cupboard opening onto a balcony.
- bathroom with washing machine, hair dryer and WC.
It is strictly forbidden to have parties in the rental (inside and outside).

-Boat trips around the island of birds, cabins on stilts, or crossing to reach Cap Ferret without forgetting fishing trips, or water sports such as windsurfing, water skiing, surfing, or kite surfing,
- Horse riding on the beach, Tennis, Golf.
