About this apartment rental
Garden level of 85 m2 in a comfortable house (floor occupied by the owners) classified 3 stars by the departmental tourist office, independent access, intimate private garden of approximately 250 m2, exotic wood terrace, loggia. Calm environment in raised and flowered garden in the immediate vicinity of the Pereire park and its magnificent beach, classified in the most beautiful sites of the basin.
Complete equipment for young children (bed, high chair, bath, changing table) Baby-sitting possibility.
On request we lend 1 bike and can rent 2, table tennis table.
For an occupancy of 2 people in low season outside school holidays see price list with owner. Weekend rental. Bed and breakfast.
Animal accepted under conditions.
From September 18 to 23 enjoy Arcachon a cultural event of very high quality with the festival 'Cadence'

We stayed at Mme Durbigny's apartment for a week. It is on the ground floor of her superb traditional Arcachonaise house set in a beautiful green garden. The neighborhood is residential, made up of villas and greenery. We didn't have a car, so it was useful to have a small grocery store a few minutes walk from the apartment. The beach, the nicest in Arcachon, was a ten minute walk. The town of Arcachon is a half an hour on foot, or a five minute ride by bus. There is a good cafe-bar-restaurant at the beach.
We were there in a very hot spell, and appreciated having the outdoor terrace, shaded by a few large oaks. The apartment is nicely furnished, and has everything you need. There were three of us staying, and we were comfortable in the light spacious bedrooms. There is also comfortable stylish central living area. Monique Durbigny is friendly, helpful and kind. A great holiday.

We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful homely apartment, it was very French which is what we wanted, located in a very residential area, close enough to the beach (12 minute walk) but with the advantage of a bus stop at the end of the road. A local Epicerie is an advantage, it also stocks very reasonably priced local wines which are excellent quality. There is also a boulangerie beside the epicerie which also has great croissants, but they are not always available. Beautiful area, we did not hire a car as it wasn’t really necessary but if you want to travel about more a car would be beneficial. Great links to Bordeaux, bus to the train station is easy and the 35-40 min train journey is perfect. Very upmarket area, it is not cheap, but would definitely recommend it, just take a lot of Euro with you for the pricey restaurants.

séjour trés agréable :accueil chaleureux, appartement charmant et décoré avec beaucoup de gout au rez de jardin d'une maison.jardin fleuri et terrasse trés sympa. emplacement prés des commerces et pas loin de la plage . endroit résidentiel et trés calme. on reviendra car on a beaucoup apprécié. à recommander vivement
