About this house rental
Our holiday home is semi-detached and is ideally located in the "Ville de Printemps" close to the beach of Joigny (beginning of the Pereire beach) at the end of the street less than 300 m away!
The accommodation has 5 rooms with a floor (stairs) and a garden with adjoining terrace. Ideal for 6 to 8 people.
The house is located in a peaceful and family area guaranteeing tranquility and serenity while being close to essential amenities: bakeries, small shops, local markets and restaurants. Parking is free in the adjoining street, which is one-way traffic and has little traffic.
Only a few minutes walk from Pereire beach, you can enjoy swimming, walks on the sand and beautiful sunsets without having to take the car. This setting makes it an ideal starting point to discover the region!
We offer you a fiber internet connection allowing teleworking.

* Master bedroom: double bed 140cm*190cm + wardrobe with wardrobe.
* Garden side: double bed 140*190 cm + cupboard with wardrobe
* Bathroom with CMV: large shower + sink with washbasin + storage unit + heated towel rack + hairdryer + WCPGJyPg
🟢 GROUND FLOOR: PGJyPg
* 1 extra room overlooking the garden: with sofa bed 140cm* 190 cm and connected TV
* Living room: functional living room with a large table (which can accommodate an extension) and a ten folding chairs + small sofa + fireplace + open fitted kitchen + bay window opening onto a large terrace.
* 1 separate toilet
* Door giving access to the garage used as a laundry room (storage with a washing machine + vacuum cleaner + barbecue + parasol for the beach,...)
